Breaking Down the Chord Progression

Let's start by breaking down the chord progression. We will begin with the left hand, placing our fingers on A, C, E, and A.

In the right hand, we will play C, E, and A. Practice playing the chord broken back and forth, focusing on pressing the keys evenly and listening to the sound.

Mastering the Crossover Technique

Next, we will practice the crossover technique. Start by descending with the left hand, using landmarks such as the three black keys and following the right hand.

Practice descending and ascending, getting comfortable with the hand position and movement.

Minor Chord Progression

Now, let's move on to the minor chord progression. The hand position remains the same, but now we will focus on the left hand crossover.

Practice both ascending and descending, taking it slow if needed.

F Major Chord Progression

In the F major chord progression, the right hand will move slightly. Practice playing the chord progression slowly, incorporating the crossover technique.

D Minor Chord Progression

Lastly, we will tackle the D minor chord progression. Keep your hand position steady and practice descending and ascending.

Don't forget to try the left hand crossover as well.

Conclusion

Mastering arpeggio chord progressions is a must for any late beginner piano enthusiast. By practicing these exercises and techniques, you will improve your finger technique, strengthen your fingers, and achieve a smooth and even sound.
